It boasts having registered personnel with SACPCMP (South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Profession), SAIOSH (South African Institute of Occupational Safety Health), IRMSA (The Institute of Risk Management South Africa) and SABS (South African Bureau Standards ISO 9001:2008), general building and maintenance of buildings and has a range of quality learning opportunities and access to lifelong learning.
It was established in 2017 after identifying the scarcity of critical skills in Construction Industry.
